Everyone is concerned about their important and confidential documents. QDocs provides a proven way for maintaining document security. Documents are sent to our processing center via shipping carrier.

The data and warehousing facilities utilize state of the art security measures. Facilities are gated and guarded using biometric and proximity access control systems, with security cameras monitoring all warehousing and operational areas. The facility is under constant monitoring by ADT.

Daily and weekly backups of our RAID hard drive arrays are performed on magnetic tape systems. These backups are rotated each week t off-site storage. System security includes function-level verification on every transaction, 128 bit encryption, support for Secure Socket Layers, along with site-specific security measures such as IP address limiting, sessions source persistence, and three layers of application level security and VeriSign Security for secure portal and FTP.

Extra precautions are taken by moving data asynchronously to the server recovery area at our disaster recovery sites. This is to ensure data recovery in the event of a natural disaster or other unexpected catastrophe.
